Dr. Julianne Mantler, DVM
Chiropractic Medicine, Naturopathy, and Homeopathy

Holistic Veterinarian, Dr. Jules, is originally from Vancouver, however she decided to combine two of her passions, study and travel, and in 2005 she earned her veterinary degree in the beautiful land down under at Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia. She has always had a strong focus on naturopathic medicine, preventive health care, as well as natural and raw diets, having fed her dog raw food prior to entering vet school. She takes a completely holistic approach to veterinary care, and regularly takes part in continuing education surrounding natural veterinary treatment alternatives. Dr. Jules believes that the body has an amazing ability to heal itself, and as such she has aligned her practice with disciplines that follow these beliefs, such as holistic veterinary medicine, nutrition, homeopathy and chiropractic.

Dr. Jules has been mentored in the area of homeopathy and is one of the few animal chiropractors in Canada certified by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA). Dr. Jules is pleased to offer holistic veterinary consultations combining conventional western veterinary medicine along with a holistic natural approach. She manages and treats many of her cases with only dietary changes, supplementation, homeopathy and chiropractic care.

Dr. Jules shares her life with three Jack Russell Terriers. A sweet, geriatric boy named “Bruiser”, an in-control, small (but loud) amazingly athletic girl, “Smash” and a young, bouncy crazy boy she calls “Hazzard” Dr. Jules participates in many dog sports including agility, barn hunt, nose work, and has just started rally obedience. She also attends and participates regularly in Jack Russell Terrier Trials around North America, and has amazing adventures traveling with her dogs.

She loves to go for long walks and hikes with her dogs and can often be seen off in the woods on an adventure trying to keep up with her crazy Jack Russell Terriers.

Dr. Jules can be booked for holistic veterinary consultations, homeopathic consultations, and comprehensive animal chiropractic examinations and adjustments.
